A company is looking for a Senior Director, Commercial Legal for the Americas Region.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a business partner for Americas Region leaders and contribute to regional and global Sales leadership teamsLead the Enterprise Sales & International Operations Legal team, providing legal advice on customer-facing commercial mattersManage a growing team of legal professionals and oversee budget management, external counsel coordination, and strategic planningRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, including 8 years as an in-house lawyer3+ years of management experience with legal teamsIn-depth knowledge of commercial and contract law, particularly in technology transactionsExperience in a matrixed environment with remote and cross-functional teamsJD from an accredited law school and membership in good standing of at least one state Bar
