OverviewThe Legal Division is seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support strategic operations, budgeting, and key business initiatives. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping drive execution of divisional priorities, manage operational processes, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic and operational initiatives across the Legal DivisionManage budgets, reporting, expense tracking, and related operational processesPrepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications for senior leadershipAttend meetings on behalf of leadership, coordinate follow-up actions, and drive accountability across multiple workstreamsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of prioritiesLead and support special projects, research, analysis, and process improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve controlsManage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailQualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience in business management, operations, legal administration, finance, project management, or a related fieldStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and interact effectively with senior stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications1-3 years of experience in a legal, professional services, or corporate environmentExperience supporting senior executives or business leadersFamiliarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and operational managementIdeal CandidateA proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong business judgment, project management skills, and executive presence. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with senior leadership, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
