Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Technology Trainer to join our esteemed law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one training, conducting new hire orientations, and developing comprehensive learning plans for our team. The trainer will also be expected to coordinate workshops, develop e-learning modules, and manage the design and configuration of firm applications. Conduct one-on-one training sessions to enhance the technological proficiency of staff and attorneys. 2. Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans tailored to the specific needs of our team. 3. Conduct new hire orientations and training to ensure a smooth transition into our firm's technological environment. 4. Coordinate and facilitate workshops aimed at improving the overall technological competency within the firm. 5. Develop engaging e-learning modules to supplement traditional training methods. 6. Manage the design and configuration of firm applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the needs of our team. 7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and legal software to ensure our firm remains at the forefront of the legal industry. 8. Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the training process. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology training role, preferably within a law firm or legal setting. 3. Proven experience with legal software such as NetDocuments, Litera, and InTapp. 4. Demonstrated ability to conduct one-on-one training, new hire orientations, and workshops. 5. Experience in developing learning plans and e-learning modules. 6. Strong understanding of the design and configuration of firm applications. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technological concepts in a clear and concise manner. 8. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 10. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 11.
