Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTreehouse Therapy Center LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated EIDBI Level I Provider to serve as a senior member of our home and community-based team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, one-on-one autism intervention services. You will be responsible for executing advanced treatment plans, providing clinical mentorship to junior-level providers, and empowering families to achieve meaningful, lasting progress in real-world settings.Required QualificationsThis senior-level role requires meeting the specific criteria for an EIDBI Level I Provider as defined by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. An applicant must have one of the following:A) A completed Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, behavior analysis). ORB) A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field AND 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.Essential Skills & Requirements:A valid driver's license and consistent, reliable transportation are essential for this field-based role.Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and therapeutic techniques.Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and clinical guidance.Excellent time-management, communication, and organizational skills to succeed independently.Physical ability to actively engage in therapeutic activities, which may include lifting, standing, and quick movements.Must be able to pass a Minnesota DHS background check via the NETStudy 2.0 system.Compensation & BenefitsThis part-time role offers flexibility and may transition to full-time during the summer, making it ideal for anyone seeking a meaningful, flexible positionA flexible schedule, offering autonomy in managing your caseload and appointments.Ongoing, high-quality clinical supervision from experienced BCBAs.Support for professional development and continuing education.
