Level C Technician at JC

At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.We are looking for general service technicians that are able to work independently of others while also being able to work collaboratively at times with peers. We have a full-service facility and we are looking for automotive technicians to help us create an environment of success!C Level Technician:The qualified technician must have a mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose auto and tire service type work. Experience with lube oil filter brakes etc. is preferred. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and must complete additional projects as assigned by the manager.Responsibilities:Perform routine vehicle maintenance including fluid exchanges and oil changesVisual safety and courtesy inspectionsMounting balancing and rotating tiresReplacing batteriesChanging bulbs belts and hosesMaintaining and cleaning shop areasOther shop maintenance items as neededQualificationsEntry level technicians must have prior knowledge of automotive basicsKnowledge of shop equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentValid drivers licenseJOB REQUIREMENTS:* A valid drivers license * High school diploma or GED is preferred * Must be at least 18 years old * Ability to lift an object weighing up to but not limited to 60 pounds. * Basic tool setExperience:Tire Service: 1 year (Preferred)Automotive Repair: 1 year (Preferred)General Service: 1 year (Preferred)Oil Change: 1 year (Preferred)Commission based to be discussed upon interview and/or hiring Join Our Team As one of the largest destinations for automotive services Midas is dominating the industry in developing career paths and building relationships within the communities they serve.
