Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Breakthrough Therapy Center is seeking passionate and qualified Mental Health Practitioners to provide one-on-one support to young clients diagnosed with Autism and related developmental disorders. We are guided by four core values: quality treatment, sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Requirements:ResponsibilitiesProvide direct behavioral and mental health services to clients in center-based, home-based, and community-based settings.Follow treatment methods designed by Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), and lead therapists.Take clear and detailed session notes after every client interaction.Create and implement engaging activities that support each client’s treatment goals.Supervise and guide Level 2 Behavioral Therapists to ensure accurate data collection and treatment execution.Qualifications (One of the Following Required):Completion of or current enrollment in a Master’s program in a mental health-related field. ORBachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field with at least 6,000+ hours of supervised experience delivering mental health servicesPreferred QualificationsDoctoral or master’s degree in behavioral health.Training or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgroundsin Oromo, Somali, Spanish, Hmong, or Arabic.Preferred ExperienceParaprofessionalsCertified Nursing Assistants (CNA)Special Education TeachersHome Health AidesSocial WorkersMental Health PractitionersSchedule:4-hour shift8-hour shiftWeekends as neededWork Model: In-personBreakthrough Therapy Center is an equal opportunity employer.
