Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Breakthrough Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Behavioral Therapist / Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapeutic services to children with Autism and related developmental disorders. This role requires a passion for mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.Requirements:ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct 1:1 behavioral and mental health support to young clientsImplement treatment plans under clinical supervisionConduct regular progress monitoring and documentationCommunicate professionally and sensitively with clients and their familiesMaintain confidentiality and uphold professional standardsParticipate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervisionCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize careQualificationsNon-bachelor's degree applicants must provide proof of enrollment in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program in mental health-related fields or other relevant trainingOR be 18 years or older and have completed the Level III EIDBI training requirementsOR beStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPassion for supporting children with Autism and developmental needsPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field with 2,000+ supervised hoursExperience or training in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)Experience working with clients from diverse backgroundsBilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Oromo, Somali, Spanish, Hmong, Arabic)We are looking for individuals with experience or interest in:Paraprofessional workCNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)Special educationHome health aideMental health practitioner rolesSocial workJoin Breakthrough Therapy Center’s team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering compassionate care and making a positive impact on the lives of children and families we serve.Schedule:4-hour shift8-hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededAbility to Commute:Saint Cloud, MN 56304 (Required)
