Your best is waiting to be discovered.Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)This is a Stanford Health Care job.A Brief OverviewExperienced level knows how to apply theory and put into practice with in depth understanding health care practices; independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; possess broad job knowledge;analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.LocationsStanford Health CareWhat you will doExpertise of Liaison III skills and knowledge PLUS:Functions as a preceptor to new staffComplex appointment procedure and surgery scheduling requiring strong knowledge of procedures and department protocolsInterprofessional collaboration with physicians APPs RNs and other department staff in their designated programComplex care coordination: procedure/surgical add-ons admissions multi-disciplinary procedure/surgical clearances inpatient transfers blood bankCoordinates and facilitates authorization process - informs patients authorization and collects payment for new and returning patients using the scheduling systemAbility to research and interpret relevant regulations guidelines and standardsCoordinates care by scheduling editing and maintaining routine patient physician appointments for new and returning patientsEducation Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Associates degree in health-related field from an accredited college or university OR Bachelors degree Preferred Experience Qualifications Three or more years of overall experience Licenses and CertificationsNone .
