Licensed ACA Sales Agent at Worxweb Solutions

We are seeking motivated Licensed ACA Sales Agents to join our growing health insurance sales team. This role is ideal for agents who want to build their production, work in a structured office environment, and earn strong weekly commissions through ACA enrollments and cross-selling opportunities.

About the Opportunity

We operate within the health insurance industry specializing in ACA coverage, helping individuals and families secure affordable healthcare plans. Our environment is energetic and sales-focused, designed to help agents build strong production numbers while learning from experienced team members.

Both newly licensed and experienced agents are welcome, provided they are compliant, motivated, and ready to produce.

What You'll Do

• Sell ACA health insurance plans to qualified prospects

• Cross-sell additional health-related products when appropriate

• Maintain CMS compliance and accurate policy submissions

• Meet weekly production targets and contribute to a high-performing sales floor

What We're Looking For

• Active health insurance license required

• CMS certification required

• Open to newly licensed agents

• Strong communication skills and a positive personality

• Preference for agents who already hold licenses in required states

• Onsite role - remote work not available

Compensation & Growth

Base Structure: Hourly draw against commission

• $20/hour draw for newly licensed agents

• $25/hour draw for experienced agents

Estimated Weekly Earnings:

$1,000 - $1,500

Commission Structure

Weekly deal tiers:

• Up to 59 deals - $15 per deal

• 60-69 deals - $16 per deal

• 70-74 deals - $17 per deal

• 75-99 deals - $18 per deal

• 100+ deals - $20 per deal

Licensing Requirements

Active Health Insurance License Required

Licensed in 6 states, including:

• Tennessee

• Florida

• Georgia

• South Carolina

• Texas

• North Carolina
