If you’re a licensed acupuncturist who provides thorough, high-quality care while staying on schedule and managing appointment time effectively, documents cleanly, communicates confidently with patients and enjoys working alongside other disciplines to improve outcomes, you’ll fit in here.

What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments tailored to patient needs
• Complete clear, timely documentation and maintain clean clinical records
• Educate patients on treatment plans and recommend follow-up frequency based on
• clinical judgment
• Collaborate with chiropractic, massage, and (soon) physical therapy/primary care teams
• when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment and follow clinic standards
• Support patient retention through consistent care plans and professional follow-through

Must-have qualifications

• Current Texas Acupuncturist license (L.Ac.) in good standing
• Strong patient communication and professional presence
• Reliable attendance and the ability to manage a consistent schedule
• Comfort working with a broad mix of patients (pain, stress, sleep, headaches, etc.)
• Ability to document appropriately in an EHR or clinic system

Preferred (nice-to-haves)

• 1–3+ years of clinical experience (new grads considered if strong and coachable)
• Experience working in an integrative or multi-provider setting
• Familiarity with VA/community care workflows (a plus, not required)
• Additional modalities (cupping, guasha, e-stim, laser acupuncture) welcomed where
• appropriate
