Job DescriptionSeeking motivated LCDC-I's for a full-time role offering flexible schedules, tele-support, and a rewarding environment. Starting pay is $20.45/hour with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement. Conduct screenings and assessments per DSM-V and TDI criteria to determine eligibility or referrals.Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and conduct timely reviews.Provide individual counseling, process group, and psycho-educational group therapy weekly, utilizing virtual and telephonic engagement to reach clients with limited access to recovery resources.Complete documentation and service coordination activities within required timeframes, maintaining professional ethics and behavior.Ensure supervision compliance under Qualified Credentialed Counselor guidelines if applicable.Engage in community outreach, education, and represent the organization on local committees or advisory councils.Require flexible hours, extensive paperwork, travel, and use of personal vehicle; valid Texas driver’s license is mandatory.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and passing the state licensing exam. Candidates must be able to work in Big Spring, TX, and be willing to relocate if necessary.
