Learning Links Child Care is looking for a Licensed Childcare Float Teacher to join our dedicated team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.About the RoleAs a Float Teacher, you’ll support classrooms across multiple age groups (infants through preschool or school-age, depending on your qualifications). You’ll assist lead teachers, provide nurturing care, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.DutiesKey Responsibilities:Step into classrooms as needed to support teachers and maintain staff-to-child ratiosSupervise and engage children in play and learning activitiesFollow daily routines and classroom schedulesAssist with mealtimes, diapering/toileting, and cleanupMaintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphereCommunicate effectively with staff, children, and familiesRequirementsQualifications:Must hold or be eligible for a Wisconsin Childcare License/Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children ages 0–5 preferredFlexibility to work in multiple classrooms and adapt to different teaching stylesStrong communication and teamwork skillsCPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)Why Join Learning Links?
