Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Flexible scheduleWellness resourcesCompetitive salaryTraining & developmentOpportunity for advancement The SMARTS Recovery Hospital of Richmond (Bon-Air Campus) is seeking a part or full time Licensed Clinical Assessor who can assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and/or other drugs.The eligible candidate must be currently licensed (or licensed eligible) by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals. This is an in person position weekdays Monday-Thursday, with some flexibility. The SMARTS Recovery and Mental Health Professionals by VABODE Health offers faith based addiction recovery, mental and behavioral health services to individuals and families throughout the state of Virginia, for over 30-years. We share in the rich heritage of our non-profit organization, the Christian Soldiers Charities and Missions, and strive to help those affected the most by mental health, resulting in poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, emotional and behavioral needs. This missions of our services continues to be to demonstrate the Love of God at the forefront of our behavioral health, recovery services, and outreach.JOB SUMMARY:The Licensed Clinical Assessor will conduct ASAM assessments for individuals seeking addiction recovery services; andThe Mental Health assessments for individuals seeking behavioral health services; andMay conduct other related duties as needed. Pay $120.00 per completed assessment package including authorization, orientation, and intake documentation. Assessment packages average 2.5 < 3 hours each. Assessors average two intakes daily (20-24 hours average per week). Additional pay is available for other types of eligible work including Outpatient Therapy Services.
