Licensed Therapist / Clinician (Outpatient)

Baltimore | Prince George’s County | Anne Arundel County | Cecil County, Maryland

Full-Time or Part-Time | $60,000–$80,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and mission-driven Licensed Therapists / Clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique clinical and family needs
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents
  • Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, play therapy, and other therapeutic modalities
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, schools, families, and community providers
  • Support crisis intervention, safety planning, care coordination, and treatment planning as needed
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the EHR
  • Participate in clinical supervision, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Engage families as active partners throughout the treatment process


What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Maryland licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC, or equivalent
  • Clinicians actively working toward full independent licensure are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, child development, and family systems
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and clinical documentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • Outpatient mental health or community behavioral health experience
  • Training or experience in TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based treatment models
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • Experience using EHR systems

Compensation

$60,000–$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, licensure, and qualifications.
