About the Role: Empowering Well-being Imagine empowering individuals within a dedicated patient community to overcome challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. As a trusted clinical partner in our employer-sponsored health center, you will deliver compassionate, integrated mental health care, guiding patients through personal stressors related to relationships, family, and parenting. Collaborate closely with medical providers and a supportive mental health team to champion emotional wellness, utilize evidence-based interventions, and foster sustainable, whole-person change. What You'll Do: Provide compassionate, whole-person counseling (individual and/or family) to help patients manage stress, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies. Seamlessly connect patients with long-term therapy, psychiatric services, or vital outside resources to ensure continuity of care. Champion engagement by raising awareness of mental health services through client-driven wellness initiatives, workshops, and proactive outreach. Bridge the gap to community resources, addressing social determinants of health (food, transportation, medication access) to enhance overall well-being. Work as an integral member of an integrated care team, aligning corporate wellness goals and collaborating closely with medical providers. What You’ll Bring to the Team Education: Master’s in Social Work (M.S.W.) from a CSWE-accredited program or related behavioral health field. Licensure: Current, active KY license in good standing. Must be willing to obtain additional licenses in IN, PA, RI, and possibly VA & MA. Experience That Counts: At least 5 years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) providing evidence-based individual counseling in a mental health or healthcare setting. Comfort with electronic medical records, clinical documentation, and basic word processing/data entry.
