Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: NegotiableInterested in working for a Growing Company in Chesterfield/Richmond?Job SummaryThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for leading, supporting, and overseeing the clinical services provided by Qualified Mental Health Professionals within Keys of Life. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered care by offering clinical supervision, case guidance, and ongoing professional development to staff. The Clinical Supervisor also completes intakes and assessments for individuals referred to the program, contributes to program development, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision to Qualified Mental Health Professionals, including case consultation, clinical direction, and support with complex cases.Ensure all clinical services follow agency policies, ethical standards, and best practices, with an emphasis on culturally responsive care.Conduct regular case reviews and clinical audits to monitor service quality and identify opportunities for improvement.Participate in program development, including creating and implementing new services or interventions based on client and community needs.Collaborate with internal staff and external partnerssuch as psychiatrists, care coordinators, medical providers, and case managersto ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.Facilitate staff training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to strengthen clinical competencies.Assist with onboarding and orientation for new clinical team members.Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.Attend agency meetings, committees, and initiatives that support overall organizational functioning.Perform additional duties as assigned by agency leadership.QualificationsMasters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or related credential).Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing mental health services; at least one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.Knowledge of evidence-based practices and experience working with diverse populations.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, professional growth, and maintaining high standards of care.
