Work remotely if you live in Florida Job Details We are seeking a qualified, licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our team within the next three months. This role is focused primarily on business tax preparation, with additional responsibilities supporting individual tax returns during non-peak periods. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys hands-on preparation work and working across multiple entity types. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review business tax returns, including: S Corporations (Form 1120S) C Corporations (Form 1120) Partnerships (Form 1065) Prepare tax returns using UltraTax software Ensure compliance with federal and applicable state tax regulations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely filings During slower periods, assist with the preparation of individual income tax returns (Form 1040) Maintain organized workpapers and documentation in accordance with firm standards Stay current on tax law updates impacting business and individual clients Required Qualifications: Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential Proven experience preparing business tax returns (S Corp, C Corp, and Partnerships) Working knowledge of UltraTax (preferred) Strong understanding of U.S. federal tax compliance High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines during peak tax season Professional communication skills and a client focused mindset Preferred Experience: Public accounting firm background Experience working with both business and individual tax clients Exposure to multi entity or complex tax engagements Work remotely if you live in Florida Interested in hearing more?
