Plumbing Manager (MUST BE LICENSED!) at Established Residential & Commercial Plumbing Company

We are a highly established plumbing company in the Peoria, IL area seeking a licensed plumber with exceptional leadership skills to join our team as a Plumbing Manager. This role requires someone who respects the craft of plumbing, leads by example, and is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing a team of drain technicians to enhance both their technical skills and sales performance. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of drain technicians, fostering skill growth, professionalism, and a culture of excellence. Provide hands-on guidance and training to improve technical proficiency, efficiency, and service quality. Set, monitor, and achieve team sales and performance goals while encouraging upselling and customer-focused service. Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize productivity and ensure timely service delivery. Serve as a point of escalation for complex service issues, providing effective solutions and support to both staff and customers. Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices at all times. Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to maintain operational readiness and efficiency. Qualifications Licensed plumber with a strong understanding and respect for the craft of plumbing. Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and educate technicians. Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example. Demonstrated success in driving team performance and achieving sales goals. Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide guidance on complex service issues. Knowledge of safety protocols, company policies, and industry best practices.
