Roles and Responsibilities:An active Esthetics license in Pennsylvania Ability to carry Esthetics liability insuranceProvide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services - including Waxing Dermaplaning Chemical Peels NuFace Dermalogica ProPen and DiamondGlow services.Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients skincare goalsParticipate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinarsMust be able to work evenings and weekends to grow your client base.Achieve sales and rebooking goals as outlined by spa managementCreate excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitudeGenerate new clientele through promoting member referrals and membershipsHelp maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas Compensation: $24.00 - $50.00 per hour At Hand and Stone Opportunity Knocks.
