Licensed Health Insurance Specialist (ACA Enrollment) at SUNFIRE NUTRITION, LLC

Sunfire Nutrition is a health technology company building a new approach to health coverage. We're looking for a licensed health insurance agent to lead our insurance enrollment operations as we launch a new product in Q2 2026. This is not a traditional insurance sales role. There is no cold calling or lead generation. Members come to you through our platform. Your role is to manage enrollments, ensure compliance, and help us build a seamless experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage ACA marketplace enrollments through an integrated technology platform
• Ensure state and federal compliance for insurance operations
• Advise our product team on enrollment flow and plan selection
• Handle renewals and open enrollment periods
• Help build out our insurance operations as we scale

What you bring:

• Active health insurance license with NPN (National Producer Number)
• Licensed in California (additional states a strong plus)
• Experience with HealthSherpa or similar EDE enrollment platforms
• Understanding of ACA marketplace plans and premium tax credits
• Comfortable working with a fast-moving tech team

Nice to have:

• Multi-state licensing
• Experience with ICHRA or employer MEC plans
• Startup or tech company experience

Compensation:

• $8,000-10,000/month base
• Performance bonuses
• Path to full-time leadership role
