Job Description

Mericle Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Licensed Master Plumber to supervise, coordinate, inspect, and perform the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems, components, and subsystems during construction, finish-out, or remodeling of facilities. This position ensures projects meet high-quality standards, comply with regulations, and are completed efficiently.

Mericle Construction, Inc. is the largest, full-service developer of industrial, office, flex, and medical space along Pennsylvania's I-81 Corridor. Mericle has developed more than 100 buildings in the Scranton/Pittston/Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton area. The Mericle team includes licensed architects, land planners, professional engineers, surveyors, licensed electricians, plumbers, carpenters, leasing and marketing professionals, property managers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead plumbing installations for new construction
Maintain plumbing and fire sprinkler systems
Ensure inspection compliance and resolve issues
Supervise plumbers, assign tasks, and verify work completion
Approve crew hours, manage materials, and test system functionality
Interpret blueprints and install essential plumbing systems
Provide training and skill development

Qualifications:

Master Plumber License required
7-10+ years of plumbing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems
Valid driver's license
Maintain plumbing and fire sprinkler systems
Ensure inspection compliance and resolve issues
Supervise plumbers, assign tasks, and verify work completion
Approve crew hours, manage materials, and test system functionality
Interpret blueprints and install essential plumbing systems
Provide training and skill development
