Master Plumber - Naugle Heating & Cooling (Tecumseh, MI) Full-Time Company Vehicle Provided Leadership Opportunity Naugle Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're expanding our service offerings to include full-scale plumbing. We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join our team and help build and lead this new division.This is a full-time role with strong long-term opportunity, company support, and the ability to shape the plumbing operations from the ground up. What We're Looking For Licensed Master Plumber (Michigan) Ability to make your license available to the business Strong experience with residential plumbing systems (service and install) Ability to work independently and manage plumbing projects Great communication and customer service skills Leadership mindset - desire to help build processes, oversee plumbing work, and ensure compliance and quality What You'll Do Perform residential plumbing service and installation Provide oversight and compliance under your Master Plumber license Work closely with management to build plumbing operations and offerings Manage plumbing workflow and uphold code standards Support HVAC-related plumbing needs (water heaters, gas lines, humidifiers, drains, etc.) Serve as the subject matter expert for plumbing within Naugle What We Provide Company vehicle Full-time, stable work schedule Competitive pay Supportive management and an established customer base Opportunity to grow a plumbing division within an already thriving HVAC company About Naugle Heating & Cooling Naugle Heating & Cooling is a respected HVAC service provider based in Tecumseh, Michigan.
