Crosspoint Counseling Center is seeking full-time licensed counselors to join our growing team. We are a private Christian counseling center dedicated to serving the community with compassionate, professional mental health care rooted in Christian values.

This position is supported by a dynamic administrative team that provides scheduling, billing, and credentialing support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering quality care to clients.

Paneled clinicians are preferred but not required. This is a non-salary independent contractor position offering scheduling flexibility and excellent opportunities to build a flourishing caseload through our established referral network.

• Provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure quality client experience
• Support the mission and values of Crosspoint Counseling Center

• Active Florida license as:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Commitment to providing ethical, professional counseling services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
