Gulf Grove Therapy is a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming group practice located in Seminole Heights, Tampa. We specialize in supporting adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges through relational, evidence-based, and embodied therapeutic approaches.


Our practice is intentionally designed to support both clients and clinicians. We provide steady referrals, administrative support, and a collaborative environment where therapists can focus on meaningful clinical work while building a sustainable and fulfilling career.


Role Description


Gulf Grove Therapy is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed licensed clinician to join our growing team in Seminole Heights, Tampa.


This position is ideal for a therapist who values collaboration, autonomy in their clinical work, and the opportunity to build a sustainable caseload within a supportive group practice environment.


Position Details

  • W-2 employment
  • Compensation: $60–$90 per clinical hour (based on experience and specialty)
  • Hybrid schedule with in-person sessions in our Seminole Heights office and telehealth options
  • Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time


Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues as part of a supportive team environment
  • Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming care


Qualifications

  • Fully licensed in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and inclusive care
  • Interest in building a caseload within a collaborative practice


Preferred but Not Required

  • Training or interest in somatic, art, relational, or expressive approaches
  • Spanish-speaking clinicians
