We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our mental health counseling private practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (candidate must be licensed in New York). The counselor will provide therapeutic services to clients, including children and/or adults, while developing effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, maintaining accurate case documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure high-quality care for clients. The counselor will also contribute to client education and support programs that promote mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and implementing effective treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of mental health, psychology, and related principles
• Case management and maintaining detailed client records
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work (or an equivalent field)
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York
• Demonstrated empathy, active listening skills, and ethical decision-making
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a diverse clientele
