  • Manage budgets, labor costs, and overall financial performance
  • Lead, mentor, and hold department heads accountable for results
  • Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement initiatives

  • Active LNHA license in New York
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care
  • Proven experience in financial and census management
  • Strong knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary department heads
