Better OhioPay for the administrative time that covers consultation and documentationReasonable caseload expectations and flexible schedulingComfortable, furnished offices and clinic environmentFree Supervision Free attendance for internal CEUsFree and reduced fees for community recreation centers/gym (dependent on location)Both full-time and part-time work schedules are availableAwesome team building and cool swagAmazing team members, culture, and environmentRequired Skills/Abilities:Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates must have a dependent or independent clinical licensure (MFT, LPC, LSW, IMFT, LPCC, LISW, etc.) with a valid Ohio state licenseExperience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Passion for topics such as, but not limited to: eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, musical therapy, social work, Adlerian therapy, PTSD, group therapy, couples therapy, psychotherapy Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Effective written and verbal communication skillsComfort and familiarity with working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including the collection of co-payments, credit cards, and insurance cardsAbility to pass a background check.Responsibilities include:Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyCollect insurance cards and credit cards from clients and process co-pays or high-deductible patient responsibilitiesFull-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (part-time must maintain a minimum of 15 client visits per week)Provide an excellent customer experience for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityContribute to our team of fun, dedicated therapists to elevate the therapist experience we want you to love your jobUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingOther stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)What else you should know:This position may be located in either our Westerville, OH or Worthington, OH clinic - no need to specify which one you prefer - they're just 4 miles apartThis position is remote-flexible - some sessions may be virtual, but most will be in-person at our office location - if you have any special circumstances around remote work, let's discussThis position will be under the general direction of the Clinic Director.Learn more about our amazing company at www.elliementalhealth.com and check out our YouTube channel for more fun and informative content.Check out our Clinic Directors and current teams at https://elliementalhealth.com/locations/westerville-oh or https://elliementalhealth.com/locations/worthington-ohEllie was proudly founded by clinicians on the principle of destigmatizing mental health.
