Job DescriptionPersonal Lines/Commercial Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to our operations focusing on servicing personal and commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications.Benefits:Contribution towards health insurance costs (upon proof of an out-of-pocket health plan).401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution after one year of employment.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts (75% standard personal lines 25% small to mid-sized commercial accounts).Handle tasks such as certificates of insurance renewals and setting appointments.Quote new and renewal business.Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.Qualifications/RequirementsLicensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance.Proficiency in insurance software with experience in EZLynx preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.A stable work history with no significant employment gaps (6 months).Ability to commute to the Alexandria VA office.
