Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites, ensuring all work meets safety standards and project specifications. Your expertise will help bring complex plumbing projects to life, contributing to the successful completion of commercial and residential builds. Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install and repair plumbing systems.
Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines.
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites to ensure timely progress.
Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate tasks effectively.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement repairs or remodels as needed.
Follow safety protocols rigorously while working on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures.

Experience

Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices.
Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools specific to plumbing work.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic mechanical principles related to plumbing installations.
Experience with remodeling projects, carpentry tasks, or handyman work is a plus.
Valid state licensing as a plumber is required; additional certifications such as commercial driving or heavy equipment operation are advantageous.
