Job Summary:

Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, a reputable 83-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of Warren, OH, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team and physicians

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

About the Role:

• We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.75 - $28.75, with opportunities for overtime, shift differentials, and attendance bonuses
