Your expertise and professionalism are what our patients need at our Primary Care office located at Fort Wayne IN. You will be integral in providing professional medical care as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN.. Our commitment to whole person healthcare and your desire to help change our communities for the better will make us an amazing Team!This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
