Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Evening Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
About the Role:
As a LPN on our evening shift, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information in a timely and accurate manner.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans with our interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each guest.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans.

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require walking, standing, and stooping.
