You will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, and providing therapy to military members.  Responsibilities Implement standards of care for counselors Participate in clients’ plans of care.Perform client evaluations and help develop a treatment planAssess the psychosocial status of the clientsMake follow-up sessions to assess and continue the plans of carePlan interventions based on client's needs and findings Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsQualificationsMaster’s degree in counselingExperience in therapy and counseling, including virtual careAn active Virginia license as an LPCExtensive military cultural competency
