Position Overview
We are hiring Licensed Psychologists (LP) to provide:
- Individual therapy
- Brief diagnostic evaluations
- Optional specialty services aligned with your interests
Clinicians maintain a stable caseload through consistent scheduling, timely communication, and reliable use of practice systems. HPS provides a steady flow of referrals and strong administrative support; clinicians contribute to long‑term caseload stability through professional communication, relationship‑building, and dependable follow‑through.

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
- LP license in Michigan
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults, children/adolescents, or both
- Private practice experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic formulation and clinical decision‑making skills
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with documentation and scheduling
- Ability to build and sustain a stable caseload with practice support
Schedule & Compensation
- Choose 32 or 40 hours per week
- No evenings or weekends required
- $100,000–$120,000 annually, based on schedule, license, and experience
