Licensed Psychotherapist for Private Practice $75-150/hr at MiMo Psychotherapy Group
JOB DESCRIPTION
MiMo Psychotherapy Group is a boutique private practice in Mount Pleasant, SC, dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based mental health care. Led by two Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) clinicians, our team specializes in helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families improve emotional regulation, relationships, and overall quality of life through CBT, DBT-informed treatment, and comprehensive DBT.
We are seeking a master's- or doctoral-level therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence and interested in developing expertise in comprehensive DBT. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants advanced training, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive team environment while building a thriving private practice caseload.

You'll provide psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults while working alongside experienced clinicians dedicated to delivering the highest standard of evidence-based care. Our therapists collaborate closely, consult regularly, and support one another in treating clients with complex emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges.
Qualifications- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- LPC or LPC-A licensure
- 1-3+ years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults
- Experience with or strong interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to ongoing learning, ethical practice, and professional growth
Successful candidates will:
- Complete a 30-hour Foundational DBT Training through Behavioral Tech
- Participate in our weekly DBT consultation team (Wednesdays, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM)
- Engage in weekly supervision with a DBT-certified therapist
