Sport Clips - Salon Manager (Full-Time) Busy Location with Loyal Clients!
Are you a motivated leader who loves developing a strong team and creating an amazing client experience? Sport Clips is looking for a Salon Manager to lead our high-traffic, high-energy store! Our location is busy with a loyal and growing client base - you'll walk in ready for success.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of talented stylists
Create a positive, professional, and team-focused atmosphere
Ensure top-tier client service and smooth daily operations
Help drive sales, productivity, and team success
Manage scheduling, inventory, and salon performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
Previous salon/industry management experience preferred
A people-focused leader with strong communication skills
Someone who loves coaching, problem-solving, and teamwork
A professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A current cosmetology or barber license
