What You’ll Do

✔ Provide individual and group therapy

✔ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

✔ Deliver crisis intervention support when needed

✔ Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

✔ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

What We’re Looking For

Education & Licensure:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Washington State license:
• LCSW
• LICSW
• LMFT
• LMHC
• LISW

Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Experience with diverse populations preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
