Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryWe are a leading daycare group looking for caring, passionate and dedicated preschool teachers to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Duties-Develop, prepare, and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that meet established educational standards, teaching children through various creative applications.-Identify areas of weakness and areas of growth for students and create strategies aligning to their individual needs.-Promote inclusion and develop a safe and positive classroom environment where all students feel welcome and appreciated.-Meet with parents and guardians to discuss the growth, progress, and needs of children.-Collaborate with a team of teachers, providing mentorship and feedback on curriculum.Requirements-Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). A degree in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.-Experience or educational knowledge in child development phases (psychosocial, cognitive, physical growth) or in children’s literature i.e., usage of storytelling, puppets arts crafts.-Up-to-date CPR, First Aid, and a fingerprint clearance card through the state of Arizona or able to obtain one by the time of appointment.-TB Test dated within the last 12 months.-Available to work Monday- Friday, and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.Benefits-PTO, Sick days, holidays.-Opportunity for educational training and advancement.- A caring, passionate, and positive team environment.No weekends!
