Job DescriptionLicensed Therapist (_*LCSW, fully licensed preferred*_)Carter Clinic seeks a licensed therapist to join a supportive team providing quality, evidence-based individual therapy to individuals and families. Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based protocols.Document client progress accurately, participate in case consultations, and ensure confidentiality.Maintain compliant, timely chart documentation.Requirements include a Master’s degree, active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, dual preferred), experience in mental health and addiction services, and ability to see clients via in-office or HIPAA-compliant telehealth.Credentialing with insurance providers is preferred; opportunity to build full caseload.Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours; Location: hybrid telehealth in Lumberton, NC.Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
