Grow your career in the industryWhat will you do as a Deck Supervisor?Serve as the lifeguard on duty.Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area, enforcing safety regulations as outlined in American Red Cross Lifeguard standardsAssist swimmers in and around the pool area as well as swim instructors, as neededProvide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports.What are we looking for in a Deck Supervisor?Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmerPrevious swim instruction experience is requiredMust be able to successfully complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards
