This is a fast-paced role which encompasses end-to-end campaign development management execution and reporting on lifecycle campaigns across targetable channels with strong emphasis on email. The perfect fit for this role is an ambitious growth-oriented marketer thats data-driven and possesses strong technical skills to execute on simple and complex marketing campaigns across channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage evergreen nurtures to drive adoption engagement and value from the moment prospect enters marketable universe to beyond post-saleDesign personalized onboarding experiences that support various personas and segments across various channelsDevelop foundational understanding of the customer journey and use data-driven insights to propose new optimizations personalization and A/B test to executeIdentify key touchpoints and create targeted campaigns to enhance user experience immediate value realization and frictionless ongoing adoptionPartner with creative team to create compelling content for emails in-app messages push notifications and SMSRegularly analyze results identify insights and provide performance updates to assess impact and inform recommendationsWork closely with cross-functional partners across Analytics Growth Product Marketing and Customer SuccessDesired Skills & Experience5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing crm marketing or a related role with a focus on managing complex email nurtures across various lifecycle stages.Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with extensive experience using data to inform decision makingSelf starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversightProficiency in tools such as Iterable (or any other major ESPs) Appcues Mixpanel Tableau Rockerbox Extole and AsanaExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing campaigns from ideation to executionExperience in SMS push and in-product notifications is a plusBase Compensation Range$100000 - $129000 annuallyBase salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
