Help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all our pool visitors.What You’ll Do:Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.Provide immediate and effective responses to emergency situations.Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.PRN: This PRN (Pro Re Nata) position is scheduled on an as-needed basis to provide support during call-offs, vacations, and other coverage needs. Must keep allcertifications current while employed.Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescuetechniques, facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures.Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, public relations skills.Punctuality and low rate of call off is imperative.
