Youll lead events activities and partnerships that make every day vibrant for our residents while collaborating closely with the Property Manager and leasing team to strengthen community engagement and satisfaction.What Were Looking ForExperience planning and executing resident or lifestyle programming (55 or senior living experience strongly required)Creative organized and enthusiastic about community engagementExcellent communication and event coordination skillsStrong ability to build partnerships and promote events through outreach and social media marketingCollaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with the Property Manager and on-site teamProfessional reliable and adaptable to both indoor and outdoor work environmentsWhat Youll Be DoingDevelop promote and execute a diverse calendar of recreational social and cultural events aligned with the Thrive55 lifestyle experienceEngage residents to understand their interests and build inclusive programming around wellness connection and funPlan and manage community-wide activities classes and outingsOversee the creation of the community newsletter and lifestyle communicationsBuild partnerships with local vendors and organizations to enrich resident experiencesHelp ensure the community reflects RISEs high standards of hospitality service and careCollaborate with the Property Manager to align lifestyle programming with community goalsLeasing SupportAssist with tours follow-ups and leasing conversionsHelp manage inquiries applications and renewalsEnsure the office and model units are tour-ready organized and welcomingRepresent the community with energy and professionalism both in person and onlinePay & PerksCompensation: $24.00 hourlyQuarterly Bonus OpportunitiesPaid Time Off: Vacation sick time and a floating holidayHealth Benefits: Medical dental vision EAP and more401(k) with Company MatchInsurance Coverage: Begins the 1st of the month after your hire dateWhy Youll Love It HereAt RISE our motto is Love.
