The Lifestyle Assistant must possess outstanding customer service skills and display genuine care and concern for our residents while demonstrating the principles and core values that Clearwater Living embraces.ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist in planned activities and special events to include set-up and tear-down and decorating for holidays or special eventsAssist with surveying residents and making observations and recommendations to determine what activities are of interestEncourage residents to attend and participate in activitiesAssist in making flyers calendars newsletters and updating social media websites as neededAssist with Marketing eventsWork with volunteers such as scheduling training and organizing day-to-day assignmentsAssist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as neededEnsure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediatelyComply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operationsDisplay a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when workingRepresent the Clearwater Living principles and core value on a daily basisPerform other duties and tasks as assigned or requiredQualificationsAbility licensure and willingness to drive the community vehicleHigh School Diploma or GEDAA degree preferred or a minimum of two years of work experience in the industryFirst Aid Certification preferredHealth or Fitness Certification preferredBackground clearances as required by government regulationsMust meet health requirements including TBClearwater Living is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
