Every day offers fresh challenges and rewards as you troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial HVAC systems-think rooftop units, split systems, and small-scale chillers. You'll install equipment, optimize performance, and deliver dependable solutions for our business clients. Beyond technical work, you'll build professional relationships that keep our clients coming back. Job Highlights Include:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with light commercial HVAC systems (e.g., rooftop units, packaged systems, VRFs)
• Minimum 2 years of residential experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach to client interactions
• High School Diploma or equivalent (HVAC certifications or higher education a plus)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• A positive, can-do attitude focused on delivering exceptional service
• Must fluently speak, read, and write in English
