LIHTC Leasing Consultant (35002) at Cirrus Asset Management

Greet and tour prospective residents.Promote available units and amenities via online platforms signage and outreach.Explain lease terms application requirements and pricing.Processes and maintains accurate resident filesWorks closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completedProcesses re-certifications renewals and assists with retention effortsUnderstand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.Assists applicant with the application processCreates and updates waitlistCompletes any daily weekly or monthly reports assigned by Property ManagerEnsuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residentsQualifications : 1 year of leasing experience with a strong understanding of LIHTC regulations income limits and compliance rules. - RequiredKnowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - PreferredKnowledge of affordable housing/government programsExcellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situationsAttention to detailUnderstands and complies with state landlord-tenant law Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHAKnowledge of Excel Word Document and OutlookWorks well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitudeStrong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levelsAdditional Information : Sanoma Palms Pay:$19-$20 hourlySchedule: Tuesday - Saturday ( 8am - 5pm)The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
