We are seeking driven, talented, and dedicated Automotive Technicians to join our stand-alone, family-owned Lincoln dealership. At Germain Lincoln, we value long-term growth, professional development, and rewarding hard work.
Sign-On Bonus Opportunities:
Ford Certified Technician (24 yrs. experience): $2,500
Master Technician (58 yrs. experience): $5,000
Senior Master Technician (810+ yrs. experience): $7,500
UTI Graduates: $1,500
