What Youll DoAs a Cook, youll help bring Taste Citys menu to life. Youll:Prepare and cook menu items to spec, every timeMaintain a clean, organized workstation before, during & after serviceFollow all food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelinesOperate kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryer, oven, slicer, etc.)Receive, label, and rotate products using FIFOEnsure quality, consistency, correct portioning, and presentationAssist with dishwashing, trash removal, and restocking as neededCommunicate clearly with team members and leadershipStay focused and move efficiently during high-volume rushesFollow supervisor direction and all company policies What Were Looking ForPrevious cooking or food prep experience preferredAbility to work fast while maintaining accuracy and qualityBasic culinary knowledge and comfort with kitchen equipmentAble to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 lbsStrong multitasking and communication skillsProfessional, reliable, and team-mindedFlexible availability early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays Work EnvironmentA fast-paced, hot, high-energy airport kitchen.Youll be moving constantly, communicating constantly, and working closely with a tight, supportive team.
