Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: 20/hrAnju Korean Eats Is currently looking for Line Cooks. Job duties include operating the grill station, fry station, assembly and cashier. Must have organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and ability to function very well under pressure. We are a high volume kitchen so excellent teamwork is a must.Position: Line CookSalary: $20 per hourJob Type: Full-time, Part-timeRoles and Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of Korean inspired dishes according to established recipes and standardsFollow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our foodAssist in the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, grilling meats, and preparing saucesEnsure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented in an attractive and appetizing mannerCollaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and efficientlyClean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environmentAssist in the development of new menu items and specials, as well as the creation of prep lists and par levelsTake inventory of food and supplies and order additional items as neededContinuously seek out ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experienceQualifications:1+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environmentA passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industryStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety and sanitation standardsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWe offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
