Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBoots & Kimo's Homestyle Kitchen in Kailua, HI is looking for a line cook to join our 23-person, strong team. We are located at 1020 Keolu Drive Kailua suite D1. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.After successfully completing the probationary period, you will be eligible to receive a monthly bonus check.ResponsibilitiesSet up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesChop vegetables, and meats, prepare sauces, batters, and other food preparation according to recipesCook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffmust follow all food procedures and all sanitation guidelines at all timesClean up station and take care of leftover foodable to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, moderately noisy environment containing multiple personality types.
